Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed and fulfilled, we are unable to alter or cancel it. You may cancel only if the order has not been shipped. Please contact us at if you have any questions or to check if you are eligible for cancellation.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

We offer shipping within the USA and wordlwide.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Please allow processing of 7-10 business days for orders to be shipped.
Order processing times are slightly longer due to COVID-19 and during sale events and holidays.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location.

Please note that if your delivery address is prone to LOST or STOLEN packages, choose shipping with signature as we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Do you ship overseas?

No, we currently only ship to states within the USA. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

What is your exchange/return policy?

Only damaged items will be exchanged for the same item purchased or fully refunded per customer request. Our policy lasts 14 days after delivery date, unfortunately we won’t be able to accept returns after 14 days of purchase.

Items must be received back at the return address within 14 days of delivery date to receive a store credit, or refund.

All items must be returned in the condition received (including all packaging, and accessories).

I didn't receive my package. What do I do?

If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days because packages may be delayed due to courier processing time or contact us at

Clearance or Discontinued Items

We do not accept returns on clearance and discontinued items (final sale).
