RETURNS

 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

We offer free returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Below are some examples of common exceptions: 

  • Items noted No refund, exchange, or final sale cannot be returned.
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of damage, wear or use.
  • Skincare products can not be returned but exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value during the 14 days of purchase. 

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps: 

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Additional Information:

  • Once your item has been returned to our distribution center and inspected. You will receive your refund within 5-7 business days to the card used to make the purchase. If we are unable to credit the card used to make the purchase, a check will be issued and mailed to the shipping address on file. Any replacement product will be mailed out within 14 days of the return based on inventory availability. Store credit will be issued within 2 business days in the form of a gift card and emailed to the email address on file. 
  • Any new shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. You will receive an email notification of the shipping charges. Once the fees are paid, the replacement product will be mailed out. 
  • Restocking fees: the customer will need to pay 10% of the full product price to restock the product.
  • Damaged returns will not be accepted. If the item was not originally damaged prior to initiating the return, it is the customers responsibility to properly package the return for safe handling. Any damaged returns received after the initiation of the return will receive a store credit via a SJC Body Love Gift Card issued to the email on file.

Pre-Orders

 

Pre-orders are products which are new to our product line and market and offered for sale prior to our official launch and products which require advanced ordering. 

Pre-ordered items are not available to ship at the time of purchase. Shipping timelines on pre-orders are detailed in the product description, as well as in your confirmation email. Note that unless otherwise noted, any order that includes a pre-order item will not ship until all items are available.

Please check your confirmation email for details on when pre-order items will ship. Shipping and delivery dates on these items are not guaranteed unless otherwise noted.

While we make every effort to communicate accurate delivery estimates around your orders, unanticipated production delays for pre-order and limited edition items do happen. If an item in your order has been affected by a production delay, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

A few things to note when purchasing a pre-order item:

  • Payment is charged immediately at checkout.
  • If you are ordering a pre-order item with an in-stock item, unless otherwise noted, your order will ship when the pre-order item becomes available.
  • Pre-order timelines vary based on product. Please refer to the product description for estimates on when the item you’re ordering is intended to ship.
  • The date listed on the product page is an estimation based on details from the merchandise provider and can vary depending upon demand.
    • Details regarding delays are communicated when information is provided by the vendor. If an update has not been provided, we don’t have the information readily available yet.

Pre-orders are fulfilled between fourteen (14) and forty-five-(45) business days due to special arrangements and handling of our product. No exceptions.

Refunds-

100% of prepaid charges are eligible for a refund up to 2 days after placing the pre-order. No returns will be allowed after 2 days to allow for production and processing time. 

 

Special/Custom Orders

A special or custom order item may be any saleable item from the store's inventory whether instock or unavailable. Special or custom orders need to be approved by emailing Sabrina@sjcbodylove.com. Please complete the form. 

Payment - 100% payment is required before any order can be processed. 




Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed and fulfilled, we are unable to alter or cancel it. You may cancel only if the order has not been shipped. Please contact us at customerservice@sjcbodylove.com if you have any questions or to check if you are eligible for cancellation.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

We offer shipping within the USA and wordlwide.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Please allow processing of 7-10 business days for orders to be shipped.
Order processing times are slightly longer due to COVID-19 and during sale events and holidays.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location.

Please note that if your delivery address is prone to LOST or STOLEN packages, choose shipping with signature as we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Do you ship overseas?

No, we currently only ship to states within the USA. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

What is your exchange/return policy?

Only damaged items will be exchanged for the same item purchased or fully refunded per customer request. Our policy lasts 14 days after delivery date, unfortunately we won’t be able to accept returns after 14 days of purchase.


Items must be received back at the return address within 14 days of delivery date to receive a store credit, or refund.


All items must be returned in the condition received (including all packaging, and accessories). 

Please contact us regarding an exchange or return for a refund. Please contact us at customerservice@sjcbodylove.com before shipping your items to us to ensure you are eligible for an exchange or return.

I didn't receive my package. What do I do?

If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days because packages may be delayed due to courier processing time or contact us at customerservice@sjcbodylove.com

Clearance or Discontinued Items

We do not accept returns on clearance and discontinued items (final sale).
